1. Privacy & Data Stewardship
Our Commitment
At Coibix, we recognize that your data is your most valuable enterprise asset. Our mission is to provide the intelligent foundation for your growth, and that foundation is built on absolute trust.
Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Coibix platform. This includes account metadata, system performance logs, and integration parameters.
Data Sovereignty: We do not sell your data. Your proprietary information is never a product.
Security Infrastructure: All data is protected via AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Coibix maintains rigorous compliance with SOC 2 Type II and GDPR standards.
Transparency: We believe you should always know how your information is being used. Any changes to data processing will be communicated 30 days in advance via the Administrative Dashboard.
2. General Terms of Service
The Foundation of Our Partnership
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Client") and Coibix Enterprise Software ("Coibix").
License Grant: Subject to these terms, Coibix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform within the scope of your specific Enterprise License.
Intellectual Property: While the Client retains full ownership of all uploaded data, the Coibix platform, the CX engine, all algorithms, and the Coibix wordmarks remain the exclusive property of Coibix.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): We commit to a 99.9% uptime availability. Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic periods (Saturdays 02:00 - 04:00 UTC) with 48-hour notice.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coibix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Protecting the Ecosystem
To maintain the performance and security of the Coibix infrastructure, all users must adhere to these standards.
System Integrity: You shall not attempt to overwhelm the platform via DoS attacks, unauthorized benchmarking, or automated scripts that exceed rate limits.
Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile or discover the source code of the CX engine.
Prohibited Content: The platform may not be used to facilitate illegal activities, distribute malware, or process data that infringes upon third-party intellectual property.
Access Control: Credentials must remain within the licensed organization. Unauthorized white-labeling or sublicensing is a breach of contract.
4. Compliance & Governing Law
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to a 30-day good-faith negotiation period before pursuing formal arbitration.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
